• Sept. 16–17, group stage: 16 teams are split into four groups to compete via the round-robin format. Four group winners qualify for the playoff upper brackets. Second and third placements proceed to the lower brackets.
• Sept. 18–20, playoffs: 12 teams in the hybrid brackets play it up to the grand final. Only four group winners have two chances. For all the others, one loss means elimination.
